Summary: Baking from scratch to thaw, heat and serve this workshop will have it all. Come and see how to enhance your current bakery offerings or see if you want to start a bakery. Don and his Lapari crew will have product demonstrations and provide answers to all your bakery questions. Don Walker will also be back to help get you set up with the right equipment at the right price.
